Join us for the 2019 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride on 29 September 2019

It's time to don your finest tweed and style your moustache - the annual Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is here again for 2019 and we're proudly supporting the cause. We hope you'll join us for our DGR Event and help raise money and awareness for the Movember Foundation, targeting prostate cancer and men's mental health.

Before the day, you’ll need to register for the Glasgow ride, it’s quick and easy and gives us a good idea of numbers attending the ride. Once registered, you’ll then receive details for the starting location, muster points, the route and support on how to start fundraising to support Movember.

Make sure you invite your friends along, get your suitable bike serviced and ready, have your dapper outfit dry-cleaned and ready! On the day, we’ll have a briefing at the starting location, then leave on route heading along some of the fine Scottish roads for a comfortable and casual classic ride, stopping off at specific destinations for photo opportunities with the community and other charitable riders. Showing the community what it is to be a gentleman, we'll head to the Triumph Glasgow showroom and celebrate in style at the Dapper After Party!

With food, drinks, photo booths, tweed suppliers, dancers, ice-cream, speeches, awards and more - Sound fun? Don't miss out - get registered here today.

Need to know what you can ride and what should you wear so you don't arrive underdressed? Well, think classic, think vintage. From café racers and modern classic to bobbers, vintage scooters & scramblers. It's all about representing bygone times and hitting the streets in style, garnering attention and stares from the town.

As for your wardrobe, nobody likes to be underdressed. Think tweed suits, elegant polished leather shoes and your finest moustache - if you can grow one. Fine grooming!

There's a range of goals for this year, including raising $18.5 million USD, hitting 130,000 riders - a whole 10,000 more than last year’s ride. Glasgow along raised nearly £27,000 last year, so we are aiming for £30,000 this year! Will you help us hit these goals?

Why not follow the event on Facebook us and make the most of this special event.
