On Sunday 30th September 2018 over 202 ladies and gentleman dressed up, sat astride vintage motorcycles, rode across Glasgow and partied at Triumph Glasgow for the world-wide, annual event: The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, which aims to raise money for Men’s Health in particular Prostate Cancer and Suicide Prevention.
The Glasgow Ride managed to raise over £26,401.96 which is an absolutely incredible achievement for the 202 riders!
The ride commenced from Milngavie and headed for Kelvingrove Galleries where keen photographers and main sponsors Zenith were waiting with goodies and giveaways. With a jolly good group photograph in the bag, off these dapper ladies and gents rode to arrive in style at the award-winning Triumph Glasgow dealership for The Annual After Party.
The riders were met at Triumph with photographers, caterers, live jazz music, competitions, prizes, stands and exhibits from BrawBeard, MoHair Barbers, Ten 30 Tailoring and more. An extra special treat was the guest appearance of Gary, Chief Movember Spokesperson who empathetically informed the crowds of the meaning and heartfelt reasons of why this funding is so important. There were also classic cars in attendance, new bikes, old bikes, well dressed adults and children and a absolutely fantastic atmosphere.
Triumph Glasgow would like to thank everyone involved, and encourage others to get involved too. Treat yourself by watching the video of this years event below!
