Contactless Service Handover

At Triumph Glasgow we want to keep our dealership as safe as possible for our customers and our staff. The Covid -19 pandemic requires us to keep social distance and to take certain hygiene precautions. Therefore, we have some new and revised handover procedures for service bikes We are operating our workshop service on an appointment only basis. 


Having spoken with one of our service advisors, you will have arranged a mutually convenient time to drop off your bike at the dealership. Upon arrival you should park up your bike and enter the dealership through the sliding doors of the handover suite. You will be greeted by one of our team members, from a suitable social distance. Please sign the job card, and leave your key and service book on the table. Our team will clean the contact areas of the handover suite after every customer visit. They will also clean the contact points of the bike ready for us to start the service work.


We’ll be in touch with you as soon as the service on your bike is complete and together we’ll arrange a mutually convenient time for collection. As before, enter the dealership through the handover suite, where one of our team members will greet you. Your bike will be waiting for you outside.  The contact points will have been sanitised Your key, service book and invoice will be waiting for you on the table. We will have arranged payment for the service work with you in advance, so you can ride away, straight away.
